TI724 – SaaS Privacy Policy

TI724 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings published via Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

2. Scope

This policy applies to users and administrators of the TI724 SaaS platform. It does not apply to end-users of your organization, as our solution is designed for operational management and infrastructure visibility only.

3. Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or process personal data from your end users. The only data collected is operational and administrative, including:

Tenant ID, subscription ID, and service metadata
Basic contact information from customer administrators (name, email)
Deployment logs, usage telemetry, and system health data

4. How We Use This Data

We use this information strictly to:

Deliver and support the TI724 SaaS offering
Provide technical assistance and reporting
Monitor usage and performance to improve service quality

5. Data Location

All services and telemetry are hosted within Microsoft Azure data centers. Data residency complies with regional laws and is scoped to the region selected at onboarding.

6. Data Security

We apply strong encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized TI724 personnel only, using role-based access controls.

7. No Data Sharing

TI724 does not share, sell, or disclose any customer data to third parties. Data is only accessed when necessary to deliver the contracted services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for controlling who accesses the TI724 platform under your subscription, as well as managing your organization's data governance and authentication.

9. Compliance

While TI724 does not process personal data under GDPR or similar regulations, our infrastructure and practices align with principles of privacy, confidentiality, and auditability.
